It looks like The Raymond Renaissance condos are chugging along at a steady pace. The developer is hoping to get the first residents in by August with hopefully no more delays. The sidewalks are currently being redone and a couple more trees will be added making for a nice corner. A busy corner, with a busy restaurant can’t hurt either.
